This photo depicts the result of a successful sand dune re-vegetation and plant community restoration several years after CNPS volunteer efforts.
CNPS, Inc. on-site in Walton County as part of a plant installation of 650,000 units. Over planting in some areas resulted in survival rates of 100%.
SEA OAT PLANTS AFTER
4 WEEKS IN GREENHOUSE HYDROPONIC TANKS
Plants grown hydroponically at CNPS are hardier, more easily established, and are more likely to survive to full maturity than similar conventionally grown nursery plant materials.
Many different kinds of planting units are available:
Standard nursery LINERS,
4 INCH, GALLON, 3 GALLON CONTAINERS, OR SPECIAL ORDERS.
Superior plant materials allows CNPS to offer GUARANTEED SURVIVAL RATES. It has been demonstrated in previous efforts that hydroponic liners establish more quickly and are more vigorous and hardy than standard nursery liners.
